The apartment was absolutely stunning! The arch above the bed and wooden closets gave it a charming and vintage feel. The genuine parquet flooring from 1911 added a touch of elegance. It made me feel like I was staying in a piece of history. As a traveler who appreciates unique and character-filled accommodations, this room definitely exceeded my expectations.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the private bathroom. It just didn't suit my preferences.

I had a great experience staying at the waterfront apartment. the location was perfect, right next to the river and within a few minutes' walk of restaurants, shops, and bus terminals. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the free wifi worked perfectly. the owner was kind and responsive, quickly fixing an issue with the electricity. There was even an extra heater provided, making the stay cozy and comfortable. I also appreciated the easy key pickup procedure and the well-equipped kitchenette.
It was a fantastic value for the price. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like.

The location at the end of Riva was excellent, with easy access to the waterfront and the old town. the apartment, a studio with a double bed, kitchenette, and bathroom, was clean and comfortable. Although the bed was a bit too hard for my liking, the abundance of pillows made up for it. The free wi-fi was excellent, and the man who met me at the bus station was very nice. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😞.

The apartment had a convenient location, close to the river waterfront. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen area, perfect for short stays. We appreciated the adequate facilities in the kitchen for cooking.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, which made it quite inconvenient, especially when carrying heavy luggage. the bathroom lighting was very dim, making it difficult to see properly.

I had an amazing stay at the Riva Waterfront Apartments in Split. The location was absolutely perfect, right next to the river waterfront and close to all the attractions in the old town. The apartment itself was just like the pictures, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my short stay. One highlight was the comfortable sofa-cum-bed where my twelve-year-old son slept peacefully. The owner was also very kind and responsive, coming to fix an issue with the electricity in less than 15 minutes.
There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. The bathroom had a slight bad smell due to the pipes, and it would have been helpful to have a ventilator to extract the air.

Great location in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from all the major attractions. The owner was very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed.- The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The shower in the apartment was quite small and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around comfortably. The entrance of the apartment had a slight unpleasant smell, which was not very welcoming.

The location of this place was absolutely jaw-dropping! Right on the bustling promenade, it was super convenient to explore the city. The room itself was mind-blowing - a lovely, well-equipped kitchen with cooktop and all the necessary utensils for cooking your own meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with big pillows that provided the best night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee sachets.
